What to expect on your first visit

  1. A Detailed History: We'll start by gathering detailed information about your health history and current symptoms.
  2. Thorough Evaluation: A complete physical examination will follow to assess your condition.
  3. Review and Discussion:  We will review our findings with you, explain potential causes for your symptoms, discuss how we can help, and develop a personalized treatment plan.

**NOTE** Our office is currently inside Chalk It Up and is a member's only access gym. Please text (707) 327-0350 upon arrival and wait by the double doors next to the bakery and I will let you in. If I don't answer I am with a patient and will come out to meet you as soon as I am done with their appointment. Thank you for patience.

How long is the first appointment?

Please allow 60-90 minutes for your initial appointment to ensure we have ample time for a comprehensive evaluation and discussion. If no special imaging or tests are required, we can begin your treatment plan on the same day.

Do You Accept My Insurance?

Given the increasingly high deductibles and the steady reduction in benefits for our patients, at Sonoma Sports & Family Chiropractic, we have decided to function as a non-insurance clinic.

By operating as a direct-pay chiropractic clinic, we can provide high-quality, personalized care at an affordable rate while avoiding the complications of insurance billing, copays, deductibles, and denied reimbursements.

We do offer a discounted rate for active first responders, military, law enforcement, and students. Please ask and provide proof on the first visit.
